Tribunal Defence Insurance
As part of our services, Clients can opt to take out a policy to complement our highly successful Employment Tribunal Defence Scheme. This will cover all of your legal costs as well as any costs awarded by an employment tribunal providing you fully follow our advice in relation to a claim from one of your employees i.e. in relation to unfair dismissal, discriminations claims etc. (subject to the adherence of the terms and conditions of our insurance policy).
All clients are advised to seek a full copy of our policy wording document and it should be noted that exclusions apply.
