Written Particulars of
Employment/Contracts of Employment
Following the introduction of the
Employment Act (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2004, failure to issue employees
with written particulars or confirmation of amendments to written particulars
can result in the employee being awarded up to four weeks pay.
